Welcome to Balaji Tours . These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website https://web.balajitours.net/ and the purchase of any travel services from us. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking and Payments

Advance Booking: All tour packages must be booked at least one week prior to the scheduled departure date.

Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the initial deposit (standard 25–50% of the total package cost).

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the date of travel. For last-minute bookings (within 15 days), 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No Cancellation/Postponement: Please note that once a package is booked and confirmed, we generally do not allow cancellations or date postponements.

No-Show Policy: Passengers who do not report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to departure will be marked as "No-Show." No refunds or credits will be provided for No-Shows.

Service Delays: In the event of a bus breakdown or mechanical issue, we will arrange an alternative vehicle. Please note that the bus type and seat numbers may change in such instances.

3. Travel Guidelines & Requirements

Identification: It is mandatory for all passengers to carry a valid Government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Passport). Failure to produce ID may result in denial of boarding without a refund.

Temple Entry (TTD): For pilgrimage packages involving Tirupati, darshan is subject to the TTD Trust’s official terms, conditions, and availability. We act only as a facilitator and are not responsible for sudden changes in temple schedules.

Code of Conduct: * Consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited during the entire duration of the package.

We reserve the right to deny service to any passenger exhibiting misconduct or under the influence of prohibited substances.

4. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Weight Limit: A maximum of 15kg of luggage is allowed per passenger.

Prohibited Items: Passengers must not carry weapons, inflammables, or illegal drugs.

Liability: Balaji Tours & Travels is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables (jewelry, cash, electronics) kept in luggage. We highly recommend keeping valuables in your personal carry-on.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any delay, change in program, or expenses incurred due to:

Natural hazards (landslides, floods, etc.)

Flight/Train cancellations or traffic jams.

Political disturbances or strikes.

Accidents or mechanical breakdowns.

6. Privacy Policy

By using our online booking facility, you consent to be contacted via SMS, email, or phone regarding your booking. Your contact details will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill your travel arrangements.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
