*Refund & Cancellation Policy*

At Balaji Tours & Travels, we strive to provide a seamless travel experience. Please review our refund guidelines before booking:

1. Cancellation Charges

Refunds are processed based on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled departure:

More than 15 days: 80% refund of the total package cost.

7 to 15 days: 50% refund of the total package cost.

Less than 7 days: No refund (100% cancellation charge).

No-Show: No refund will be issued if the passenger fails to report at the boarding point on time.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Special Darshan Tickets: Once booked (e.g., TTD Tirupati Darshan), these are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable as per temple trust rules.

Transaction Fees: Any convenience fees or credit card processing fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.

3. Service Disruptions

In the rare event that Balaji Tours & Travels cancels a tour due to operational reasons or vehicle breakdown (and an alternative is not provided), a 100% refund will be issued to the customer.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI) within 7 to 10 working days.
